The software in this page was created EXCLUSIVELY FOR DATA OWNERS who used data protection and lost their passwords. The author does not support use of this software for any illegal or unethical purpose. However, because it is impossible to prevent such unauthorized use of the software by ill-intentioned persons, the author cannot and does not accept any responsibility for such illegal activities. PLEASE USE THE SOFTWARE ONLY FOR LEGAL PURPOSES ON DOCUMENTS YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO VIEW AND USE.

Accent ACCESS Password Recovery (A2PR) program is a shareware. This means:

- All copyrights of A2PR belong to and are owned by AccentSoft Utilities;
- By using an unregistered version of A2PR you consent as is with all the limitations built within it for an unlimited period of time. Otherwise you MUST register your copy of this version of A2PR for a one time fee of 50 USD;
- Registered users can use and operate A2PR and all its updates on a single computer for an unlimited period;
- Unregistered version of A2PR may be distributed freely, provided that the program code is not modified changed or reverse engineered;
- No one is permitted to charge a fee for the distribution of A2PR without the prior written permission from the copyright holder before the fact;
- ACCENT ACCESS Password Recovery IS DISTRIBUTED "AS IS". NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. YOU MAY USE THIS SOFTWARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE AUTHOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DATA LOSS, DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER KIND OF LOSS WHILE USING OR MISUSING THIS SOFTWARE;
- You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, de-compile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by AccentSoft Utilities;
- Installing and using A2PR signifies acceptance of ALL terms and conditions of the license mentioned herein;
- If you do not agree with the terms of this license you MUST remove A2PR files from your storage devices and cease to use the product immediately.
